"I bought two spicy chicken sandwiches, a medium fry, and a large beverage. Only to get back to work to open the bag to realize that the chicken was so dry not a drop of grease and was about the thickness of a 2 quarters laying flat. I'm not sure if it was intentional because I ordered my food plain? Or if this place is just going down the drain little by little."

"It took a very long time to get our food. When we finally got it everything was there. Unfortunately they did not make our wings buffalo like we asked. The baconator was delicious but the loaded fries were way too salty. While we were waiting, three different people came back because their food was wrong. The worker even argued with a lady who said she was missing a sandwich and straight up refused to make her another one. Not a place i would frequent, I’d search for a better burger place who has better staff. Also they said the bathrooms needed to stay locked and they refused to give a key. I had enough time to walk to Publix to use the bathroom and come back while my family was still waiting. Good food but man they need better help."

"It’s sad to see that since last year ( last time I’ve been here) things have relatively gotten worse. I do not know how they stay open or how they haven’t killed anyone yet. I had mold on my bun, not to mention they forgot my 2 orders of funnel cake fries. Over all not attempting to ever try this location again. They need to have this store inspected."

"I’m very disappointed if I could give zero stars I would. My 10 year old nephews burger wasn’t fully cooked he was half way through the burger when we noticed that the burger was still raw in the middle of his burger, I called the restaurant and they told me to bring my receipt so they can make me a new order so I did, they refused to make me another burger because I didn’t bring the burger to them why would I lie about getting a raw burger that makes no sense checkers has always been my favorite burger joint not anymore if my nephew gets sick I will be filing a law suit claim! I don’t think I’ll be buying checkers for a very long time."
