"Why is it that more than 50 percent of the time, when I order something as a special request, and pay for it . They mess it up. Asking to upgrade a dorito's locos taco to a supreme and they DONT do it is ridiculous how often they miss it. This happens at most locations."

This isn't the first time I've been short-changed on my food. Upper management needs to re-evaluate or train their employees again. Nobody has time to bring food back after they drive miles to eat. People make sure u double check ur Order before you pull away."
