"HORROR EXPERIENCE! My wife and I Got here at 7pm and finally got sat at approximately 8:00. Took 20 minutes to get a drink, already had our salads for 10 min. No bread for about 30 min. And after finally receiving our food my wife ask for butter and sour cream, The waitress never brought it! So my wife ask to speak to the "manager" if that's what you want to call him. But when the waitress went to him we could over hear her talking trash!! THEN she brings me a shrip scampy refill and it's got hair all in it!!! Manager was as useless as the waitress!! This place is trash!!"

"If you haven't been to RL in a while they now have endless shrimp on a daily basis. This was news to us as well. The food was fresh and temperature was on point. The biscuits were soft and fresh, melted in your mouth, salad was cold and crisp, and the stuffed mushrooms were full of flavor and delicious! The server was new to her job (about 3wks) still has much to learn but had a good attitude. She didn't return for refills on drinks or the endless shrimp, we needed to ask for them. Also wasn't aware how to apply gift cards. This is all part of the learning/training experience. We understand that. If you get cold easily bring a sweater/jacket because they keep the tstat on artic temps.. it made it hard to enjoy dinner being frigid cold. Will remember the jacket next time!"

"The wait was worth it. The waitress CC was EXCELLENT on her service and the food was very good. The manager also greet us, me and my husband... We have to wait because there was a person in another table that want all the attention, at the end I recognized that the person was looking to have something free."

"I took my family to dinner there recently. We were seated fairly quickly and we ordered two apps. Forty five minutes later the first one arrived and the second one ten minutes later. I was doing endless shrimp. The rest of my family got their entrees and I waited another while. Finally they were delivered to the table and I ordered more. The second one came forty minutes later. I stopped the manager and explained what was going on. She said oh I'm so sorry. Let me go talk to the back and see what's going on. And we waited and waited some more. Finally I stopped her as she walked by and said so what did they say in the back? Remember we talked earlier. She said oh yeah and I'll make sure I put a discount on your bill for you. Again I'm sorry. She did put a discount on my bill. But the whole experience was very disappointing."
