"If I could give less than 1 star I would. 3 hours for a CT and they still told me it would be more if a wait. Had to walk out and cancel. My appt was at 7:30am. At 10am, Iwas still sitting while everyone around me was being called in. Forms available only in Spanish. No accountability for being 2 hours behind schedule. Do not recommend."

"I went to this center to do an exam and the staff. It was great the treatment they treat you like family. I waited after my appointment 30 minutes, but it was worth it. I recommend this place to any women that has to do anything with mammogram or ultrasounds or anything else Great place"

"Excellent patient care. Ultrasound tech Yannelis Alvarez was so awesome. She was very kind and professional. I felt very comfortable having my ultrasound done with her. She was very quick. And knew exactly what she was doing. Will definitely be going back to Sunset Radiology. Thank you Yanelis and Sunset Radiology team!"

"The staff is very good and the MRI tech was magnificent, but that is the end of the good news. My wife is in a wheelchair and we had an appointment at 10:30 AM for a MRI. She is diabetic and has to eat frequently because insulin, but she was asked to fast due to the contrast type MRI. We arrived at 9:30 to fill the paperwork, but she finally was in at 12:45 PM. Again the MRI Tech was very sweet with my wife and did everything as fast as possible once she got there. I have no complains of the treatment by the staff, they did the best they could under the circumstances, but who ever does the scheduling of MRI should be forced to have a MRI daily for a month there. I feel bad for the staff that has to stay late every day in order to service the crowds that are there daily. As you may imagined I will never go back in there or take anyone in ever again."

"I read the reviews and decided to walk in at 7:30am rather than go in for my 9:30am appointment. There was plenty of parking and I did still have to wait about an hour and a half, but every imaging office I’ve been to in Miami I have always had to wait 1 hour or more with out without appointment. The staff was efficient and professional. I left at about 9:30 and the place was totally packed with cars waiting in the parking lot for a space. I recommend going here right when it opens to avoid long waits and frustration. Overall it was a good experience."
