"Had lunch with old friends and we were able to have a good conversation even though the place was crowded. The food was good, in appearance and taste. Can't wait to go again to sit near the water. Service was slow but we realized the wait staff was extremely busy so the kitchen must've been too, it was a Sunday afternoon and many families with children were there."

"Usually a good experience. This last experience was not good. Had trouble getting burgers cooked to the right temp. for medium rare. Two burgers ordered. Neither cooked to right temp. Don't order a burger. Hope it gets fixed because we like eating here."

"Great spot to grab some food and drinks. The daily specials are on point. Really friendly servers who are knowledgeable about the menu as well. The patio has a great view of the water and the indoors has a real fun aesthetic. I will be coming back here for sure."

"Makes you feel like your out west in a roadhouse, great decor and staff was super friendly. We loved our rib eye's, they came with salad, rolls and a side, domestic beers were 2 for 1 but come at the same time so drink fast. We're moving into the area and nice to have a second choice instead of only the Texas roadhouse, we find this more affordable especially for drinks."

"First time at Cody's while visiting The Villages in Florida. Service was fine. Food was okay. We browsed through the reviews and photos first before coming here but experienced something less than stellar. The onion stack was super heavy on the breading, so it was extremely crunchy and hard. The calamari looked like they skipped out on the regular amount of food (from the various photos on Google). It was a Tuesday so they had the prime rib specials. Ordered a medium rare and gotten something rare. At first I tried cutting it with a j ife but was wondering why it was tough to cut through. Once I finally sliced into it, it was raw. I took a bit and confirmed to be raw...slightly on the cool side. They did take it back to the kitchen and it came back out to be a perfect medium rare. Overall the prime rib was tasty. I'd recommend going here again."
