Culver’s

"This review is based on the manager working on 2/19/2024 around 7:30 PM. We asked if she could talk to a customer about taking their non service dog outside since she brought it in and sat at a table. The dog was sniff around other people’s tables and not staying close to the owner. Instead of asking the customer with the non service dog to go outside to the patio, she told us we can go outside to eat. This was not the reply we would expect from a manager. She did not take action whatsoever, which is unfortunate because we don’t see ourselves going back to this location."

"First off I love Culver’s one of the best fast food burgers. With that being said this location isn’t good. We have been here 4 times and every single time we have had an issue with our order missing items, or being wrong. We only come here for burgers so it’s hard for me to comment on any other food items. For what ever reason the burgers at this Culver’s are never very good lack flavor or on one occasion so over cooked it was gross. The condiments on the burgers are always all over the place one time we had nothing on them at all and another it’s like they tripled the amount of mayo on the burgers. Lettuce is doesn’t ever seem to be fresh. Cold fries, missing fries, only getting about a half order of fries etc its annoying. The employees are typically just neutral never really had a bad experience but nothing good to say either. Which is odd for us because the other Culver’s we have been too the employees always seem great similar to a chic fil a experience. When you compare this location to the other one in the area it’s like two different companies. My guess it’s likely to come down to bad leadership, which makes employees unhappy and the rest suffers. I challenge the owner or anyone for that matter to go here then immediately go to the location in wildwood and test the food from both along with the difference in employees. Will continue to avoid this location which is unfortunate because we live close by and eat at the one in Wildwood."

"Great burgers and fries. Always made fresh and good quality. They're fast and friendly. When you order in the drive through they bring your food out to you. Kids meal gets ice cream scoop ticket for that visit or next. When you order online it's always correct. 10 out of 10 at this location"

"We've eaten many times at Culver's and always satisfied with the price, quality & serving sizes. Today (10/10/23) we did a take-out order consisting of a salad (hers) and fish & chips (mine). I was surprised & disappointed to find a "tiny portion" of french fries (exactly 22 pieces; about 1/2 are very small) with 2 pieces of fish."
