"Me and my wife love coming here. We've been coming here for years ever since we moved to Florida. We've always been getting good food and good service. It's one of our favorite places to go. We would recommend it to anybody."

"The worst experience with a manager I've ever had. Continues to lie though I gave the manager plenty of time to look at the sandwich and see there is no capicola ham on the sandwich. The manager said "I made it I know what I'm doing" but you could have just looked. Because clearly you know what you're doing and I'm not challenging that fact. I'm challenging the fact that mistakes happen even the best make mistakes. But apparently you don't and your narcissistic emotional response it a clear indication your not mentally capable to be a manager at Jersey Mike's. I've been going to Jersey Mike's since I lived in Raleigh North Carolina 13 years and in all my times going I have never once had a issue. Last I checked it's stealing/theft if you take my money and do not deliver what's intended. Hey manager when you read this please remember your pride is only worth a few pieces of capicola ham. That's pathetic. Obviously I wasn't there for the freebie I just spent $60 for three sandwiches lol btw I can count and 4 isn't 5. That would be the amount of times you placed a new meat on the slicer. Try not making 10 sandwiches at a time if you have trouble counting bro!"

"Food was fire as always. However I walk in at 8 o'clock, the lady with the neck tattoo makes it very apparent she was unhappy that I decided to show up just before close. I felt awful thinking they close at 8 and I had just made it, I look up the closing time and it's 9. 9! I was there an hour before close. The lady behind the counter says, not three feet away from me mind you, "I hate people who do this. Wait until we're about to close and start ordering food" I was shocked. THE GRILL LADY DIDNT RESPOND TO HER BECAUSE SHE WAS ALSO SHOCKED. At least wait until I leave to talk bad about me. It was an hour before close, not 10 minutes. I always tip, usually cash and usually I tip 10 bucks for a 20 dollar order. Just bad customer service. As a small business AGM I can't even imagine blatantly disrespecting a customer like that. It's just bad for business. I don't care if someone walks in at 8:59 and wants 40 items of food, you make it with a smile. I feel bad for the red haired woman who will inevitably be reprimanded for being a partied to this kind of treatment. I'm only going back when I see the two guys there. They are always awesome."

"Let me brag on this crew for a minute! They are amazing! I’ve worked with Chefs that couldn’t handle the amount of pressure that was put on them tonight. Very polite, respectful, and apologetic for our weight because they ran out of bread. I’ve worked in fast food and 4 to 5 star restaurants and have seen people walk out when customers get upset. But they did not instead they apologized and explained the situation and kept smiling the whole time. And as soon as the bread was ready worked as a team to push out about 10 orders in record timing! Someone was about to walk out and they saved the customer with their kindness and smiles so him and his family sat down next to me and waited for fresh hot bread. Please management acknowledge these guys and all that they do because this team is rare and if I could I’d hire them right now to work for me!"

"So I got around to trying a Jersey Mikes and it wasn't bad except for a few issues, they seem a little high priced compared to other sub shops and didn't really seem to follow directions when i ordered my subs to go. I ordered a BLT with American cheese and mayo for my wife and what I received was a bacon, mayo and cheese sub, I don't know what was difficult about that but basically my wife received a bacon sandwich which was very upsetting. The other 2 subs were steak and cheese and they tasted very good. The establishment is very clean and well kept and for the most part the employees are pleasant. Another downside is they don't offer toasting."
