"It was a wonderful experience with the staff. Bessy and Lenny sang Happy Birthday to my sister in law's. All of the staff were exceptional and made us feel appreciated! The bathroom was exceptionally clean! We will definitely go back often"

"Good service. Workers were friendly. The food on the other hand, terrible. Over priced, soggy chicken tenders. The fries tasted like they had been sitting out for 30 minutes."

"Kfc was good almost every time, I did ate their chicken sandwich and was crispy and juicy when I bite it and the cashier was fine to me even when we ask a missing item on our order, and was a nice dining room too, it's really good chicken around the Zephyrhills area."

"This place is terrible service, didn't get our gravy. And they are slow. Tried calling to tell them and the phone goes to fax machine. Who uses a fax machine anymore. That's so they don't get all these calls when they don't get all that they paid for. I will call corporate office and let them know how this store runs their business. They need a new manager here. That's not good management skills. I'm complaining because this has happened several times at this Facility. Hire people that can do their job correctly, like being able to read orders and give all their items that they paid for."

"Twice been burnt. Last week I ordered two #15 fill ups. Include a breast , potato , biscuit , cookie & drink. Both fill ups contained cheaper thighs ( dark) rather than breasts. Yuck. Guess the geniuses don't know the difference. Called the store 5 times with no answer. They let it go to fax. This week they just leave out the biscuits and they raised their prices 20%.. Watch out. Screwed Again. This is just unacceptable. Ordered two # 15 one piece breast boxes. Got two meals with thighs. Ordered on with fries. Got both with mashed potato. Chicken was greasy. Raw in center. Terrible. Last time for me. Do not go there."
