"Like other fast food restaurants, Taco Bell is getting expensive. This store is located on 54. It's not the best or worst. You know whether you like Taco Bell food or not. The food was good. The staff was nice."
"We have come to this one since it was built and always get good food. But the staff sucks. They ignore interacting with in-store customers which seems to be a trend when kiosks are put in. The kids seem to think that gives them the right to ignore customers. I'm in store now and stood at the counter to ask for my cup while I wait...some girl walked up to the front, around the counter, and into the bathroom areas all without looking at me, and I was staring at her. Tbis is typical with this location."
"This is the worst taco bell I have ever been to I normally don't write reviews but they were so bad had to warn people. First I went up to order but they wouldn't take my order said I had to use the computer screens behind me. I ordered some tacos as you see in picture didn't look like a taco to me. The rest of the order was just a bad."
"I was really excited about this location being added to my area but coming to this location has been a fit or miss. I see the turnovers have already happened, the lack of wanting to service quality food. I have experienced get the wrong order, food made sloppy or burnt. I understand places like this hire young staff but they still should try and make the most of the job they applied for by giving great service. We can't say we get what we pay for because prices go up and the quality is the same or worse. I guess they are short staffed because if you go inside they ask you to use the kiosk and not get wait on someone to take your order."
