"First and last time I'll ever go Ruby Tuesday. The food was mediocre. The menu is a joke. I spent $67, on two steaks and two baked potatoes. I had to send mine back twice, and still couldn't eat it. So I spent $67. on baked potatoe for myself. The tea was unsweetened. The server said that's as sweet as it gets. I will not be back."

"First off- our food was excellent. We highly recommend the ribs. Second- our server was great. She was extremely efficient and polite. She was working her butt off!! The reason I give 3 stars is that we waited 25 minutes for a table when there were tons open and available. They simply do not have enough staff. People were lined up out the door (us included) with empty tables waiting. This was 5:30pm on a Tuesday!…it’s Ruby TUESDAYS. I guess there is a staff shortage?"

"Thursday night we went here to eat. Two of us ordered the ribs and ribeye steak combo. The ribs were good but the steak was cheap quality steak, very thin and poorly made. We asked the waitress for A1 steak sauce and first she said she'd have to find some to bring to us but had no idea what to put it in being that she was supposedly not allowed to bring the bottle. HOW CHEAP! Also our meal did come with a potato but no bread or vegetable was included. We asked the waitress about this and she said that bread and a vegetable would cost extra! Prior to this I asked if the salad bar came with the meal and we were told it would be $5.99 extra! How cheap can these people be???? The entire time the waitress seemed to be in a hurry and she acted like she did not want to be there. Finally, my family paid the bill, $106.00 for trash. They paid this horrible waitress a big tip. She would have been lucky to get $2.00 had I been paying the bill.. Please everyone, save your money and don't go here."

"My grandmother ordered a $18.99 ribeye…. This is what she got…. Sad part— it was all fat and grissle. Absolutely horrible. I ordered a Steak Ribeye Quesadilla and it was burned. Absolutely terrible!!!!! Absolutely terrible!!!! Manager agreed and removed it…. However dinner was already ruined…. Here is a photo of the steak held up…"
