"It took 20 minutes it was like a madhouse here they never get your order right they are not equipped educationally to get the assignment, correct they are understaffed and ridiculously ignorant"

"Didn't order. Me and my 2 girls were followed in by an extremely shady person. And when we went with our instincts and left He followed us out. Very creepy experience. I won't even be trying to stop in this place or any of the businesses close to here anymore because the neighborhood is in the sewer now. We went all the way to Dade city Burger King. Worth the drive to not be harassed by extremely unsavory characters."

"I went to this burger King and made an order at the drive through. They held me up by having me to wait for them to bring my order out. Ten minutes later I get my order. Later, I learned that the food was okay but no napkins were included. Quit holding people up by having everyone wait for the orders to be brought out and stop being so damn cheap that no napkins are included. We should not have to tell these loosers how to do their jobs. If they are so behind on staff that they cannot do better then this, then they need to Also stop being cheap and hire more workers."

"I've gone to this BK for several years and haven't had any problems. Yesterday, just before 4:30pm, I went to the drive-thru. I waited a minute and I heard something quietly mumbled on the speaker so I assumed the person was talking to someone at the window and accidentally had their mic on. I wait a minute more and the lady comes over the speaker and rudely says "Go ahead with your order!" No idea what her problem was. I gave her no reason to be annoyed with me- I was waiting patiently. This BK can get busy and sometimes you just have to wait a minute to place your order- I'm fine with that. Whoever that was does not need to be directly working with customers in any job. Needless to say, I left without ordering and won't go back to that location."

"They had me pull up after I paid for my order to wait 10 minutes for 8 whopper jrs and then when I get them they're not fresh, The lady got mad because I backed up to the window after I got tired of waiting and she tells me about some time system they have so that's why they have me pull up which I will never do again! Also made poorly not fresh!"
