"Today was the worst experience I have ever had at steak and shake now they make you order on a kiosk. However, three of them were not working. We ordered and tried to pay with a gift card she gave us a receipt without a barcode and we were only allowed to have iced tea and we had paid for coke. Still waiting for food this should be interesting food King we had a double bacon burger was very good, french fries were cold and we never did get our Cokes that we paid for we could only have the iced tea. Granddaughter got a milkshake and loved it"

"It’s all self kiosk then you pick up your order at the front. You take your receipt and scan it to activate the coke machine, which you can get refills on. I honestly didn’t mind any of that! Inexpensive and very delicious as always. Fries were hot and burgers were very good. I got the western bbq steak burger and my husband got the double steak burger. The place was clean and the entrance smelled really good."

"12/17/23 Waited for about 20 minutes in the drive thru.. ordered 2 kids meals, a double cheese burger with fries and asked about what was on the western bbq burger was told it was fried onions, diced onions, bacon , cheese and bbq sauce so I ordered that also. Got home and opened my burger to see no onions at all (fried or diced) and it was drowned in bbq sauce."

"The food is great and the staff members are friendly as well as helpful. The order staff have been replaced by kiosks which I guess is due to our post Covid world. The restaurant opens at 10:00 AM which is great for folks who have scheduled activities in the typical lunch time period. If you want good, quick classic food with easy access from I-75 this is your place."
