Believe employees name was Gabriel. Thanks for nothing and taking care of me like you quoted n the phone. I come here every weekend….. maybe not anymore I will talk to the owner or manager. I even said you can charge me more …. Idk what the issue is"

"Updated: Taco Bell’s corporate leadership stepped in and blew me away by how much they cared about this comment. Gave me a full refund and comped my meal. I don’t believe this will happen again to anyone who comes here to this location. Changed to 5 stars. Thank you for your dedication in making this right for not only me but all consumers that may come to this location. If there was a zero 0 I would rate it zero. I paid $12.00 for an empty bag. Honestly I can’t believe they can get away with this. I even tried calling to get my money back and they refused. Don’t go here I repeat do not go here. You will regret it."
