"Great experience! Food was great and Manager Kristie is awesome! Friendly beyond words! My grandson had just left the Drs to have blood drawn, so needless to say his mood was not the best. Kristie noticed a Pokemon accessory on his cell phone case and started chatting with him about the game they both play. His mood instantly turned around! She took the time to reach out to a young customer and totally turned his day around! What a kind gesture on her part AND a nice role model! My grandson couldn't stop talking about how kind she was! Thank you again Kristie! HAPPY NEW YEAR! PS My grandson said " they need to give her a raise!""
"This place is awesome!! Food is very delicious and I really love the coffee!! I was a little taken back when (I assumed) the manager went to occupied tables and asked the customers how was everything/meal. He literally skipped our table and went to the next. Hmmm....were we invisible? Confused to his actions. Word of advice, treat all your customers with TLC as you never know who could be a FOOD CRITIC!! It's not just the food that's being reviewed!! Thanks!"
"We were absolutely devastated when we ordered a burger for our 6 year old son, and this is what we ended up getting "under cooked burger!" My son ate from this and I cant even express how frustrated I was that they would even give this $#!+ to a child!"
"After a really bad incident at this IHOP location, I was invited back to prove that it was a rare occurrence. I was greeted immediately, had an excellent server, the food was beautifully presented, with a fabulous taste. This restaurant did a 360 degree turn."
"The food here was honestly better than I thought! Our server was very customer-friendly. The fries were very well seasoned and the beef on the burger was very juicy. Totally worth it for the price, other than the fact that you have to wait 15-20 minutes for your food to arrive."
