"This daycare is awful. It's so old and run down. The owner and staff always look absolutely miserable. The toys and playground are so old and need to be replaced but the owner owner puts no money into the place and it shows. My child would come home with the same diaper from the morning, of I sent food with him they would never give it to him. Ms. Shakira was awful and evil looking and I worried about my child's safety. I went it the room one day and she didn't see me standing there and she was yelling and hit a table to get the children's attention. Absolutely vile behavior from someone u want to trust with ur kids. How ,any times in the day was she behaving that way. I hated this daycare and staff. Do not bring ur kids here"

"My daughter is going here...since last 3 month and as of now all looks good and she is really improving her communication,activities and learning new stuff also. She looks happy with teachers as a parent we want this only. We got real feedback about first quarter which shows teachers are giving proper attention and trying to improve wherever they can. "My kid was attending another daycare when I first moved to Tampa. She hated going there, I thought it was simply because she didn’t want to leave me. Well 2 months into her attending the other daycare I decided to change her school. When I did a walk through at panda hugs academy it was so clean and nice. The staff was very kind. When my kid started to attend panda hugs she was “actually “ happy to go there everyday. Literally. And I’m glad I decided to transfer my daughter here. I love the staff and the atmosphere here."

"My review is based on the tour I received today! What an awesome learning center! So far I love what I see! 1st thought was THANK GOD it’s CLEAN! I love the bright colors and neat classrooms and meeting some of the teachers and getting to see all of the happy children run up to Mrs.Elsa to give her hugs gave me so much reassurance that my babies would love her! She reminded me of my family she knew every child by name was extremely professional and her tenure with the company SHOWED ME that she’s not just here for a check and must truly love what she does! I even asked some of the parents how they have enjoyed the school and how their children like it and everyone and I mean EVERYONE smiled and had such positive things to say. One mother bragged about her 2 year old son being potty trained and a few children didn’t want to leave. I can’t wait for my kids to start here!"

"This school is Exceptional, Excellent!!!! My daughter has been there for 3yrs and still in aftercare. Such amazing people, staff is more like family. Tom, Ms. Elsa,Ms. Christina are all wonderful, they treat you child with care as if it was their own. My daughter is now in kindergarten and received an award her 1st 9wks. Teacher was amazed on how much she knew for a kindergartner. My daughter is excelling and received Citizen of the Month award. Panda Hugs helps with reading and homework after school, a lot of help for working parents. I absolutely love this place and recommend to all my friends ☺️"
