"Piss poor professionalism. The list of bad things to say far outweighs the good. I'm a very tolerant, accepting person... but they way they operate is 100% unacceptable and I wish I had taken my daughter out sooner. I can't fathom how they've managed to keep the doors open this long. They close whenever they feel like it, don't call the parents, no warnings. They don't even tell the school! It's quite literally unbelievable. Choose any other daycare."

"The place is dirty and gross.They have dead cockroaches everywhere and they act so rude and careless to you. Also once I got to that daycare and they were all dancing and had music playing but I didn't want to dance and one of the teachers said "if you dont dance then I'm gonna call your parents and say your not listening when I told you to do something" when a bunch of other kids weren't dancing and she never yelled at them"

"I`m sorry but this is the worst school ever . The school is very diry clustered up everything is all over the place . My daughter went i took her out because the teacher was rude called my daughter w.e name she please . and my daughter told her that`s not my name and the teacher told her that she don`t care !"

"The school provides mediocre care, at best. They're constantly under staffed and unable to keep a full staff employed for some reason. They prefer to keep difficult children in time out or sequestered somewhere else than actually deal with them or address the issue. A child cares job is to bring out the best in each child they have, not those they decide are worthy. The place is also dirty and frequently cockroach laden. Now I have dropped them to 1 star instead of 2-3 because this school has attempted to break my child's spirit. After being here from 3-5, my son now says he hates school, he looks sad when I pick him up, he cries, he tells me he's stupid, he's bad, he is incapable of being good, always gets in trouble. Great job, Lake Mag. Making children hate school beforethey even get there. The cherry on top was when one of the owners, Mr. Turcotte, just ARGUED WITH ME FOR FIVE MINUTES OVER HOW BAD MY CHILD IS within moments of me dropping him off. This man said negative things about my child in front of all the children, including my son when I was upset about him being bullied by children immediately upon dropping off Monday morning. This man is a terrible, crotchety old man who hates children. He probably isn't even certified. Only bring your kids here if your child has prefect behavior because that's all they can handle."

"I thought this was a good school until i was dropping my daughter off and i saw a teacher sleeping in a chair in front of his class!! He was supposed to be teaching but instead he was asleep!. I dont recommend sending your child here."
