"Manager doesn’t know how to make drinks and will argue with you about how they’ve been there over 7 years. Sandwich was wrong, was shorted on hash browns. Avoid this location. Dirty atmosphere."

"While I am a former Dunkin employee, I understand that type of job can be overwhelming but when you have no orders in the Drive-Thru and I am the only person in line to order my coffee a large hot coffee with five cream and five sugars is not difficult to make.... Coffee tastes burnt and tastes like they might have thrown one sugar in it, this is the second time I have tried this branch and will not be coming back."

"The only thing that doesn't get the lowest score is the food. That's because I wasn't able to order any. I was the only customer inside. I sat at the counter for 5 minutes before an employee asked if I've been helped. I say no, he bluntly says we'll get with you when we can or you can go order from the kiosk. During this time a woman who came in a few minutes behind me got her order after ordering at the kiosk. I didn't have any more time to waste so left. Terrible customer service."

"The employees are not very customer serving. They do not acknowledge people. They push you to only order at a kiosk if you walk up to the register. The pumpkin spice drink was mediocre. They literally yelled pumpkin spice and tossed fown the cup. Definitely won't be back. This was a 2nd chance. The 1st time, the wrap was terrible, and there was no interaction from the employees. I mean, please, and thank you. It is free to say."

"I like duncun donuts but this one needs some serious help. I was greeted with "I'll be right with you - we only have three people working " looked really dirty in the back. Workers were nice and fast. Probably need to pay your workers more so you can get more help."
