"I've been there about 4 times since they opened, and I have no complaints. Yes, they were crazy busy at first, but that was to be expected. I downloaded their app (which apparently a lot of food places are encouraging), and it gives me the convenience of ordering ahead and accumulating rewards/ points. In addition, I also received free meal perks for my birthday. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming when you come into the store, and as with anyplace else that's busy, they try to accommodate as best they can. I have both dined in and ordered ahead and have not had any problems. They have many different items to choose from, and the food tastes fresh. That's been my experience so far."

"I will start by saying I'm probably a little more critical than most as I was a fast food manager for or 18 years. First impressions are everything the lobby was filthy and I don't mean just a little I mean a lot. Ladies room nasty that just about Cuts me out of a restaurant when the first thing I see is the ladies are always nasty but we gave it a try the servers behind the sneeze guards is what I'll call it had the attitudes of it we got jobs but we don't really want them so please just tell me what you want and move on Down the Line the food itself looked good behind the case we ordered beef and broccoli I'm not sure where the beef was where's the old adage where's the beef it look like maybe they put the steak through a meat grinder because it was my new and very hard to find the orange chicken which they say is their signature dish well it's really hard to make good Frozen orange chicken sorry they didn't make it that chicken was horrible now on a lighter note the rice was great the egg rolls were good spring rolls good attitude of employees oh lot needs to be worked out I understand it's a new restaurant and it's just up and rolling but they've been Rolling Along for a couple of weeks now and some of these bugs should be gone along with the cashier when a customer asks for a sauce like soy sauce you do not need to roll your eyes you do not need to give side eye you just need to politely hand them the appropriate number of packets that is issue by the management don't give them one when they got four okay and when they ask for another one don't roll the eyes don't side eye okay that's just not good now I don't know if y'all have bottled water I didn't get that far but I know the people in front of me took their drinks off their order because they were not paying $2 for a cup to get water in I know the reason for doing that and it's because of the theft that occurs from these self-serve drink stations which are completely nasty anyway so anyone who gets a drink from a self-servation gets what they deserve I think it should go back behind the counter your employees should be fast enough and I know they can be fast enough to get drinks out to the customers and eliminate the embarrassment of being told $2 for a couple of water so I thought I'd given the restaurant enough time to get up and running and be prepared and be out there serving the public with good food while I was wrong and I hope that somebody takes the time to read this and makes a few changes if the people behind the counter fixing the plates if they don't want to be there then tell him they don't need to be there send them home forever okay it's time that customer service becomes number one again I'm not saying every customer is right because I know that's not true but you don't need these little girls behind the counter who don't give a damn whether or not they're working or not and like your customer is a huge imposition so that's my first impression of Panda Express and I think it's not a very good one so beware I'll also if you order online make sure that you know what you're picking up do not walk out of the restaurant without checking the bag don't just check the receipt I sat there in awe of people who just read the bag and walked out and then 10 minutes later came back in and said well this is not in here you should have known that before you ever walked out of the building check your bag and I think it's absurd that there's nobody making sure that the right orders go out to the right people anybody could walk and pick up an order and walk out there was no supervision there so somebody looking for a free meal very possibly get one on a Friday or Saturday night because of all the confusion going on throughout the building thank you and that's all I have to say have a wonderful day and let's all try to improve just a little bit. Oh I'm sorry did I mention that the orange chicken was so bad that it couldn't be eaten well here's the bowl and this is what ended up in the trash and I don't like throwing away food so the orange chicken is really bad"

"I was impressed! There are lots of options! Make sure to ask for the teriyaki sauce to add to the rice/noodles! It adds extra flavor!"

"Went there for dinner tonight. Lines were long but the staff were awesome (especially Melinda) and the food turned out awesome. Will defy be back"

"Placed a mobile order and went through the drive thru I order sauce with mine and my husbands meals and we didn’t get that. My meal came with barely any meat and my husband order the peppered steak and other things there was barely any steak in his meal. For 35$ I feel like you should get a little more meat than what’s given… Hopefully they make those changes."
