"1st off Toni the manager is a Joke, she was rude & UNPROFESSIONAL she was eating in the back while customers waited at counter for service/food. Then was yelling at customers from counter while serving other customers. Also left from behind counter to continue to argue with customers who waited & threatening them with the sheriff cause service wasn’t provided. Also ripped the top of another customers receipt so her name wasn’t seen so I took mine out the machine that also pissed her off. What a poor example set as a leader I was so disgusted , if I wasn’t on lunch break I would have waited for the sheriff."
"Today is the last time I’ll ever go here. You all are disgusting and what you did was repugnant. I would find better quality food in you dumpster than what you tried to serve me."
"Went inside due to past experiences at the drive thru. Ordered 2 doubles. Got home, the fries were cold and my wifes burger was raw. (Pic attached) I called the store and a person said she was a manager. Advised of the situation, she said to call back in the morning for the GM. She then hung up on me. I called back and got a different person. She refused to give me the name of the "manager." She then told me that if I was that unhappy, I could take my business elsewhere.I asked her for her name, and she also hung up on me. I guess I will see if the GM will be nicer in the morning. If not, there is corporate to call."
"I was told the system was down but I was on her timer so I needed order and wait 15 minutes for a simple potato. Food is always good but the service is lacking and the woman is just plain rude. I got the order 20 minutes later and the burger bun is hard and stale. The potatoe barely has anything on it and the bacon wasn't even cut up. They laid two pieces of bacon on top. The food is absolutely gross. I will not be returning to this location."
"Absolutely the best Wendy's I've been to in a very long time. I highly recommend this location. The crew is fast. The crew is also nice. Keep up the great work y'all. I will definitely be going out of my way to go back to this location."
