"Personally, this care did not arise for any child, they are very unfair, inhuman and lying people. My son did not attend on Wednesday or Thursday of the previous week because I had to travel out of the country and when it was on Friday they did not want to receive him because his vaccination had expired ok, when he returns on Monday I will bring it updated, it had not been more than 3 months that I had taken it, the only thing missing was that of the year. According to them, they had fined him for El Niño, which they couldn't even show me. My son had already been discharged from the system. What happened is that starting in the month of October I had my automatic payment and I noticed that she had taken 190 dollars from my account apart from the normal amount when I claimed, according to Mrs. Laura, it was three days of absence in the month of June and I complained to her why Since June, how is it going to be discounted in October after so long, and he says he was on vacation, well he had to see someone else who would respond to his work. I told him that if it was three days to avoid it, my son had surely been sick and that if they didn't have the paper I could ask for my son's medical records and see if they matched and he told me that it wasn't valid. For them, the valid thing is to remove money from an account after months. His stroke is very bad. I leave everything in God's hands, his justice is perfect and never delays. The people who received my son every day that day looked like dogs wanting to devour a mother with a child. They are manipulators. God knows they were unfair. I told them the first notification I received that I had to update the vaccines was on the 11th, I was not in the country and my son did not attend care. And he was delayed because he was sick and they didn't vaccinate him. I do not wish you any harm because God is good and merciful and he is with everyone, but there is someone who does evil."

"This daycare has went down hill ever since Cathy came along. This place used to have such a good reputation when Nancy was the owner."

"I wanted to write a fresh review since a lot here are outdated. I have 2 children at Magic Moments. My oldest is currently in VPK and he has attended MM for 3 years. We lived out of state prior to that. We enrolled in fall 2020 during COVID-19 protocol, and the experience was still smooth and my child was well taken care of with a veteran teacher. 3 years later he is thriving and just scored very well on his first early literacy assessment. My youngest has been in the baby and toddler house for 1.5 years and he is doing great as well. The toddler teachers are so fun and caring. I plan to keep my youngest here through VPK. Also, a note that ownership changed hands in the past couple of years and that they have invested back into the facilities with new vinyl plank flooring and new roofing among other things. I definitely recommend MM over many of the chain daycares. Thank you for taking great care of my boys."

My son had a seizure in the classroom one day, the EMT's and the Doctors at the hospital could not stop praising our daycare "for doing everything right." We put this daycare through the ultimate test and they passed with flying colors. We will never go to another daycare!"
