"Horribly unorganized. Don't bother calling ahead of time to pick up a previously done scan. Called 5 days ahead and they said my cd of the scan would be ready. Arrived and no one knew what I was talking about. Had to sit there and wait for them to do it."

"Rayus called me to schedule an appointment for an mri order they had received. The day of the appointment they called me and asked me to come in early as they had a cancellation. No problem. I got to the Oviedo office, filled out my paperwork, paid my deductible, and was taken to the MRI room. When I got in there the MRI tech informed me that my order was for a 3t MRI and they do not have that machine there. I'm very pissed off. The person who booked my appointment did not pay attention to my order nor did the techs I was booked with. This was a horrible experience and a complete waste of time."

"I had a very positive experience during my first visit to this facility today. The front desk receptionists Val and Melissa were super friendly and very helpful. The radiology technician, Nicholas, was very pleasant and kind throughout the process. Would highly recommend this facility to anyone, and I plan to utilize their services again if it’s ever required in the future."

"I've come here before without an issue, but my latest visit was ridiculous and unprofessional. I showed up for a c-spine injection and was more than an hour past my appointment time, not even counting the additional 30 min they make you come early, with no explanation and no idea how much longer it would be. I was told the "team" handling those cases gave no explanation to the staff up front and the staff wasn't allowed to knock on the door and ask. How do you not know they are running more than an hour behind? I finally left since I had been there an hour and a half and the staff had no idea when I would finally be called back. Total waste of my time and Rayus should be ashamed of there performance."
