I was worry about parking and being towed. They have their own ample parking area. That was a relief and a plus to go again, just to say hi!"

"My experience at (3) different locations has been less than desirable. Hours of my valuable time has been wasted due to mismanagement of records, poor record keeping, failure to upload important information provided, incorrect appointments scheduled, loss of paperwork that included confidential information & lack of action to finalize and confirm pre-approvals. Several visits (3) resulted in 45-60 minutes in a waiting room, never to actually be seen. There were a few bright spots with some of the office staff, but overall I would not recommend and don't plan to return. Also, security was a concern at Kaley Street with a back door that faced the parking lot that was left open. Anyone could have walked."
