"The young lady on the window was a polite and fast as could be. BUT wow the food was not that good, well the burger was not hot my cheese was not even melted on my cheese burger. Now the fries was hot and good. But it will be a minute if I do come back."

"Was a little scared from the reviews, but the only minor negativity was the time waiting for food which wasn't that bad assuming they make things from scratch. I got the medium heat wings and hubs got the triple baconzilla and all was tasty. Highly recommend the ranch dip for the spicy wings and it's also great for dipping the fries. Our experience was honestly not bad. The seasoned fries are very addicting."

"I feel that this Checkers must have taken the poor reviews into consideration (or I got lucky). I hadn't had Rallys or Checkers in 15 years in Ohio, but recalled the fries. On a whim I stopped by today. I do wish they had another menu posted, maybe higher up, so multiple people can see at once and get an idea of their order. The young woman at the window was friendly and pleasant. I ordered a small fry and a Checker burger with everything on it, including cheese. Props to the team there, a gentleman came back up to the window to reiterate his request for no cheese (a little brusque) and the woman at the window was again very friendly and repeated back the order - which was correct when he got it. I took my meal to go since it was too sunny to sit outside - the fries were definitely fresh! They were piping hot and crispy, exactly how I remember them. The burger was a decent size for being the "value menu" burger and was super tasty - better than a lot of the fast food burgers around. My husband has never tried their food so I'm looking forward to having him try it."
