"No prices are shown on the breakfast wall menu. Turns out it is less expensive to include bacon. Biscuit, egg, cheese, and bacon is less expensive than the same sandwich without bacon? Really?"

"I typically refrain from posting negative reviews because there is enough of that in the world as is. However, this evening marks the second time in a row the service has been less than substandard at this location. After an easy order (big Mac meal, and 2 cheeseburger meal both with coke.) We waited nearly 20 minutes in the drive thru, were asked to moved to another window. That's all fine I understand dinner rushes (I'm a bartender). But then another 8 or so minutes they finally brought the food handed through the window with no words just a bag pushed at me like I was an inconvenience. Then when I checked the bags the order was not even complete. I waited for several more minutes but they never acknowledged that I was still there and finally my wife said just leave its not worth the effort. I agreed but I was so disappointed once again. The service was awful or rather thoughtless and the time and even still having a messed up order I just want to worn other potential patrons of my experience."

"Well... seeing nose piercings in their faces didn't help my expectations. But eating the food we ordered on the App, telling us you "canceled" the food, and saying "refund will be 24 to 48 hrs" well....48 hours later, it's no longer pending...they charged us 32 dollars for absolutely nothing. The worker said "She (manager), said there is nothing we can do" Never got mad....took them at their word....left hungry and mad that they stole 32 bucks from us and our daughters. Until I woke up today (48 hrs later) to see they DID in fact charge us 32 bucks and I'm just glad we kept the receipt from the food they ate, THAT WE ORDERED. Hope that manager can get on a diet for her(it/theys) health. Or maybe hire managers that know how to run a business. NOBODY in line btw. I have a feeling they ran people off all night. Happy Thanksgiving to these clowns that almost ruined our trip. In a matter of minutes. Learn customer service. Work... just do your job."

"The food was very good, it came out fast. The young man behind the counter seemed to be a but bothered that someone actually came inside the restaurant. There were a few things missing from the order and every time he would bring out one and say "have a good night" instead of double checking to make sure I got everything I ordered"

"15 minutes in drive through to be asked to pull up to the next window…..proceeded to give me the wrong food. Patiently waited at the window 5 minutes later no one comes back, so I go inside to get my order resolved. Another 5 minutes of waiting at the counter with staff all looking at me but never acknowledging me. Finally got correct food, but unfortunately the one correct item I got (my McFlurry) had completely Melted in the truck while waiting to get the correct food. Fries also not full and overall just lacking on all fronts from food to service. Do better"
