"My wife and I ate here and we were blown away! The pan fried dumplings were some of the best we’ve ever had. The noodle bowls and fried rice were so fresh and savory! The service was very attentive and our waitress took the time to explain the different dishes, spice levels, etc. Give them a try! They offer beer, wine, & sake as well."

"This was our first and not our last time to 331 Noodles! We were warmly greeted right as they opened. Ally was our server and the owners even helped serve us and bring us our food. The menu had so many options. They even had a lunch special! We had 5 in our group. We chose wonton soup, bao buns, dumplings, brisket noodle soup and fried rice. Everything was hot, fresh and delicious! We loved the spice too. It was enough to make you sweat but not lose the flavor of the delicious broth. We definitely will be returning here!"

"Absolutely delicious. The pan fried pork bum was incredible. I could probably eat like 4 orders of that alone. Excited to try more things on the menu. I tried the bento box with sweet and sour ribs, and let me tell you, the Pan-Fried Pork Bum was a game-changer—OMG juicy, soft, and crispy. EVERYONE should order this! The beef noodles broth had that homemade freshness, giving a real taste of traditional Chinese beef noodle soup. All these handmade delights are so delicious. Totally worth a try, and I'm thinking order 2 sets of those Pan-Fried Pork Bums next time lol"
