"I am always excited when the Zenation salad returns. Not this time. Both times I've ordered it was TERRIBLE. The 1st time the chicken was old and there were barely any pieces of chicken in the salad. The 2nd time there wasn't any Asian slaw and the chicken was ice cold. The service was great... food not soo much. I've been coming here for years and Never Been disappointed until now."

"Best Zaxby’s I’ve ever been to. The Lady at the cashier was super patient , polite, and attentive. My food was made and in my hands hot before I even left the register. All the food tasted perfect and the dining area was very clean. Would drive over an hour just to come to this Zaxby’s again. They put the fast in fast food."
