"My son went here and ordered him a double whopper with cheese. He asked for no ketchup or mayo so I guess they decided to wipe the condiments off of it, and flipped the meat over, and changed the buns out. So they decided to sell him a cold premade burger. They left residue ketchup on the flipped pattie."
"Parking lot sucks. Whether going to the drive through or parking, it is a cluster trying to get in or out the parking lot if the drive through line is busy. The drive through had a longer than expected wait time (close to an hour for my visit). The workers don't seemed trained enough for customer service (manager was scratching their chest through their shirt when they took my payment) and was unempathtic about the wait time (it took so long I even forgot what I had order), and when I got my food it ended being cold, sad, and overall disappointing. Never coming back."
