"They messed up my order but they were very nice, quick, and professional about correcting the mistake. The floors are very slippery from a layer of grease. They may want to fix this before an accident happens as a slipped immediately and suddenly upon walking in to the store."

"I walked in today around afternoon. Not to busy and didn't have to wait long for the food. I noticed in the kitchen that their was fries and nuggets all over the floor in the kitchen which is pretty disgusting for a restaurant, kinda ruined my appetite a bit. The burger was pretty decent and the fries kinda sucked, never properly salted. Pretty mid Wendy's Tbh"

"Although the staff was very nice. I ordered a spicy Asiago ranch chicken club sandwich which has bacon, lettuce, tomato, cheese, and ranch. This is what I got instead. Someone seriously dropped the ball on this smh."

"We walked up to the counter. 2 people were packing food. We stood there for about 5 minutes. The guy and girl both looking at us, didn't say anything, no greeting just a blank look. I asked them did we need to go to the drive through to order. The girl looked like I just slapped her and stood at the computer to take our order. I order the Nacho burger. I keep trying to see ant resemblance of the sandwich on the poster. My sandwich was a sloppy mess"

"Went through the drive-thru 5/2. When I paid, a young woman had gloves on and was covering her ears and seemed distressed. I don’t know if she changed them after or not but I was taught not to touch anything that wasn’t clean if you’re wearing gloves. I got home and everything was correct but my burger was cold so I had to microwave it. I live 1 mile away so it’s not like it is a long drive. I went to take a bite and noticed a black spot. Maybe mold? I will not be returning. Employee and food cleanliness is well below standard."
