"I love that my son and I can both see the same Dentist. Dr. Newman is great! He has been super thorough with each appointment, very kind and friendly. The whole staff is great! My son had a great experience, they made him feel super comfortable, I was so worried hed be scared with him only being 2 and this being his first dental visit, but he still talks about how much he loved going to the dentist. Overall we just love the dental department of Community Health Northwest Florida. After going through multiple different dentists trying to find one that works well for me, I can say I have finally found it. Definitely recommend!"

"This is the worst medical facility in the Panhandle the rudest and laziest people ever don't waste your time going here their is absolutely no communication between anyone my grown daughter has been going here and it's been a nightmare. They've lost Bloodwork; had an appt to go over MRI results ;called when she was 4mins late major car accident right passed their intersection arrive 13 mins late refused to see her the receptionist did not give the message to the nurse until 10 minutes later said since she was late and the provider was running late they wouldn't see her waste gas She will definitely change to a more professional family practice facility"

"Can't get anyone to answer the phone to make an appointment, have to leave a message for them to call back and they never do. I've been trying to get an appointment for 3 months now! Dental care must not be that important."

"Big waste of time even signing up lucky if you even get 1 appointment the whole year,no one ever answers the phone to set up appointments.even called another location about not being able to get ahold of them gave them my kids info months later still nothing.also emailed management with no repose back.will even cancel the appointments with no notice.if no one there wants to work or do their job someone can easily replace them common issue these days."

"Unfortunately in the last few months I have not received the treatment I needed. The provider who was supposed to care for me a diabetic, senior patient and with others illness such as sleep apnea, blood pressure fail grossly to do so. The PAP program which is to aid and facilitate patients in getting their prescriptions timely accordingly with their financial needs had withheld prescription, disrespected and bullied me along with the pharmacy technician. Horrible experience lately"
