"Ordered online, food was cold at pick up byt they assured me ot was just made, checked one order & it was right but when I got home the others were wrong & i had to go back manager was rude and acted like I did something wrong when my order clearly stated how I wanted my food, cashier apologized more than the manager & it was completely dead in there. asled for my whole order to be remade & she was not happy but food was still cold.. never gonna order from here again. not only does the food suck, the manager needs to be re trained on customer service.. I rather make my own nuggets and fries bet it would taste better too."
"I recently had a disappointing experience at this particular location. Despite being the only person in line and waiting for over 8 minutes, I received cold food. This has left me questioning why I continue to dine at this establishment. When I choose to eat out, I expect my food to be served hot and in a timely manner. Unfortunately, this was not the case during my visit. The fact that I was the only customer in line makes it even more perplexing as to why my food was not prepared properly. Cold food can greatly affect the overall dining experience. It is not only unappetizing, but it also indicates a lack of attention to detail and quality control in the kitchen. Additionally, waiting for over 8 minutes when there was no one else in line raises concerns about the efficiency and organization of the staff. As a customer, I believe it is important for restaurants to prioritize customer satisfaction and take responsibility for their mistakes. While I understand that errors can happen, it is crucial for the restaurant to make it right for the customer. In this case, a replacement meal or a refund would have been appropriate. Overall, my experience at this location was disappointing. Cold food and a long wait time are not acceptable, especially when I was the only customer in line. I hope that the restaurant takes this feedback into consideration and works towards improving their services to provide a better dining experience for their customers in the future."
"Customer service was great. Oh,my gosh, the food was great. I had the biscuit, link sausage, egg,and cheese. The biscuit reminded me of good, old homemade biscuits, so light and fluffy. Some of the best service stations foods or convenient stores food that I have bought."
"I don't know if this is just here or all Wendy's know, but their Caesar salad has turned into an absolute rip off. They no longer offer a crispy chicken option and the salad was severely lacking in substance (just lettuce and grilled chicken). They've also decreased salad size. When I inquired about the chicken, the employee got a bit aggressive with me when I was surprised by the change. The sound quality of the drive through speaker was so poor, I could hardly make out what was said. The manager of this Wendy's needs to be hung for such a criminal misrepresentation of this franchise."
"We're regulars here. Usually good. 8:37 Sun morning and the manager had to brew coffee. None ready. It's also 52° out. Very disappointed with this. The food quality is usually pretty decent. Had to wait for a not full cup! Edit The breakfast potatoes were reheated and fairly inedible. They were greasy from the second time in the oil. Having been a restaurant manager for a long time, I can assure you I do know what reheated food looks like and the resulting garbage. This is totally unacceptable. You should be ashamed."
