"As much as we pay for food now days, is it too much to ask that we get fresh food and get it the way we order it? Asked for mustard, no mayo no ketchup. Got the mustard, but apparently they couldn't remember to not add ketchup. The burger seemed like it had been sitting for a while. I remember when sonic didn't cook it until you ordered it."

"My husband and I went to this location on 11/18/23 about 10pm. No one ever answered to take our order, so we gave up and left after sitting there with theenu board saying red button activated for about 5 minutes. There was only one other car there besides ours, so I have no idea why they weren't taking orders."

"Mozzarella sticks were cold and hard. Burger was also cold. So very disappointed but the tea was okay. Asked to speak to manager and they sent the sweet guy that works the drive through who is just a cashier. Rude."

"This location was ok. Plenty open spots to place your order. Love all the options. Good service. My son's chicken sandwich was not good, the chicken was hard and way too much mayonnaise just thrown on it. My cheese burger was made kind of sloppy, not a ton of lettuce and barley any ketchup on the sandwich (we did ask for extra ketchup) so that solved the problem. My husbands bun wasn't warm, it was as it was sitting around for a while. The slushies were good. Not sure id come back to this location."

"I ordered chicken tenders tonight and they looked very Rubbery like they had sat all day was very hard to pull apart had asked for a plain cheese burger pretty self explanatory and did not get that just instead a very soggy burger I did contact sonic it’s self and post photos proof as seen here . I spent 30$ for a soggy burger, chicken bites that’s were mainly bbq sauce and rubber chicken tenders. very upset with service will not be going back"
