"I loved this place. The atmosphere and music were great. Our waitress was great too. The owner happened to be there and went to every table to see how things were. I had the smothered pork chops with okra and pintos. Although, in the beginning, I was slightly disappointed on how small the chops were, they didn't disappoint in taste. My mom had the burger and she loved it."

"The pork chops are soo tender they melt in your mouth! My mom n I both agree the meatloaf is top notch… The sides are so good its hard to choose just one so I chose three today and it did not disappoint! Come try them out!"

"Our experience was wonderful. We were excited to try a new restaurant in the area amd we were not disappointed! First and foremost, the food was amazing! We had Hamburger Gravy, wings, burger, and, their special for the day, dumpling soup. It was too good to stop to take a picture. They had casual 80's music and  old tv shows on. Great atmosphere. It was clean amd the staff was friendly. We were offered to fill out a survey about our experience and suggestions. That tells you how friendly and open minded the owners are. The owner stopped by our table and we had a great conversation. We were staffed and didn't get a dessert but we will be back!"

"Second visti today and enjoyed a meal of Meatloaf/rice candied yams and okra- all delicious. I will continue my visits as the staff are friendly and the atmosphere is very nice. If you love home cooking then this is the place for you.."
