"Burnt and flat quarter pounder with cheese…I don’t think I have ever had one this bad. I was traveling through and already waited in long drive thru line before just going in to order on kiosk…So I didn’t go back to fix it…You could tell the staff didn’t want to be there either."

"Signs to stop eating here. 1. Customer service is null and void. I had to repeat my order for 2 chicken mcgriddles after the cashier said "you want a chicken biscuit?". No. 2 chicken mcgriddles. 2. Gives chicken biscuits anyway. Biscuits are dried out as is the chicken - like made yesterday and reheated dried out. 3. It's a 50/50 chance you are going to slip on the floors as whatever they clean with makes it a struggle to keep your feet planted, they will continue to slide out from under you. Seems like a lawsuit waiting to happen. So hard pass on this location."

"Come through all the time because it's here in town. I order large vanilla ice coffee. Most of the time they say they don't have coffee. Then I was given a medium one time and I was like I order a large. She's says it is but I had a large cup in the car and showed her. Funny thing about that was she was the person that gave it to me the previous Day. It takes like three times to actually get a coffee"

"This particular McDonald's was very dead. There was hardly anybody in there. There's not a lot of activity or excitement, like there used to be. Granted, I have not been in a McDonald's in maybe a decade. The furniture and decor was very bland and boring. I ordered a Big Mac meal, The bun on my hamburger with stale and broken off, when I received it. There's nothing exciting that differentiates McDonald's, from its competition in terms of ambience. Probably be another decade before I go back to a McDonald's. Also, there was trash on the tables, and they were not clean."

"Just got back from Atmore McDonald's. I bought a fish filet and the cheese was cut in half and the tartar sauce was not enough. The fish smelled rotten. I just threw it away. The cashier complained to me about giving her the deal code in the window. She told me next time to give the code when placing the order so the order can be completed. I don't understand what she meant by that. The cashier did not give me a receipt. I don't like this McDonald's. The only McDonald's in town and it's so frustrating to have bad service. The corporate office needs to be aware of what's happening and get rid of all the employees."
