"Service was slow. Our food sat in the window for 12 minutes so it was cold( timed it) the server was young she don't know how to serve more then one table at a time example someone asked for coffee another asked for soda she went and got the coffee pot poured the coffee took the pot back then got the other table their soda. She was doing that for every table. She probably just needs more training"

"They didn't have unsweet tea, lettuce for a salad, or vegetables for a side. They put the wrong cheese on my burger. Our server took forever to come back to the table, and when she did instead of asking if we need anything, all she said was she only had one glass of sweet tea left so we both couldn't have a refill. After waiting 5 minutes of not touching my food, I had to flag someone down for a to-go box. Worst experience I've had anywhere."

"Went into order myself some food to go. After the third server had walked past me, a fourth finally told me that I needed to order it from the cash register so I proceeded over there. At the cash register two of the servers we're helping to cash out a customer standing at the counter. I was standing right next to her waiting to order but the two persons at the cash register decided it was a good time to just walk away. Within seconds other people joined me at the cash register and no less than three servers walked past us while we stood there without one glance in our direction or asking whether or not we had been helped. Just as I decided to give up the idea of purchasing food in this little cafe, another individual walked past without a word or a glance. I went over to the store side and requested the general manager and was informed that the restaurant was completely separate and someone went to go retrieve the manager of the restaurant. Lo and behold, the last person that walked past me and decided that I was not worthy of their time to make sure that my needs were met, was none other than the manager herself. No wonder the staff do such a terrible job of paying attention to the people that keep them employed by purchasing the food. You can't expect the staff to act any better than the management does. I did not order food, I decided it wasn't worth the wait because if it took me 20 minutes and throwing a fit just to get an order placed, good grief, how long was it going to take to get the food prepared. The store is awesome the people are great but I won't ever set foot in that cafe again I don't care how good their food is. By time you get it to your table or into a bag to carry out you'll already have such a sour taste in your mouth that the food can't possibly drown it out."

"Gawd! It's so refreshing to have different food over the road. I read the reviews on the trucker app and raced to get there! Def an amazing place for my 30min break.. Clean bathrooms and very spacious parking."

"This is mere feet from a Native American Reservation. And the waitress stated that the best dish was the Indian Fried Bread Taco. It was good. I just felt bad as a white person eating it. All of the employees were friendly, food was reasonably priced. Everything was so very clean."
