"They were out of rice, but that's not a big deal. We were given the wrong food. It was also evident that the two cars in front of us had issues, too, as we all had to make a second trip through the drive-thru. While in the drive-thru, we were asked to "hold" for 5-10 minutes before placing our order. On our second trip through the drive-thru, we were asked to "hold" for another 10 or so minutes before being able to relay that we received the wrong food. Individually, the wait time is not terrible; having to do it twice, for a combined total of 15-20 minutes waiting, to even place our order was mildly inconveniencing. Once we received the correct food, it was pretty good. The staff was nice, too. Could have just been an "off" night."
"Stood at the counter at least 5 minutes waiting to order. Waited 10 minutes on cups to get drinks after we paid for our order. No ice. Most all drinks were out or not functioning properly. Waited on our food another 10-15 minutes. No sauces, no napkins. Bathrooms were far from clean. Dining room wasn’t clean. Never, ever again."
"I ordered a #Veggie bowl, and received a chicken bowl. It looked pretty good, probably would have been if I could eat meat. Everything else on my bowl was fine."
"It was busy. The workers were working but one was complaining (not the manager on duty) the whole time about how the others were doing. He needs a course on customer service. They were working fast and trying to fulfill the oders as quickly as they could. The manager nor the workers would provide his name. Other customers walked out because of his unprofessional attitude. Obviously he needs the job just like the others. You lost customers today and maybe even returning customers. I know I won't be back. The one in the back of the one my complaint is who this complaint is directed to."
"Service from employees here is Top notch. Possibly the friendliest Taco Bell we have Been to, and their work ethic is above and beyond. With communication and a steady flow of keeping bust while Still keeping customers feeling they matter❣️ Food is fresh and hot and oh so good. No regrets, no food tossed out. This drive-thru is popular with long line but looked to move efficiently. Thank you all for your hard work and great attitudes. Much happiness your way."
