"I would give them no stars but I wouldn't be able to post it I sent them my FICM when I took it out of my truck I cleaned up so there was no grime or dirt or oil on it. I sent it in and never heard from them then I called and they said they couldn't find it then I get the call it was unrepairable and I had to pay shipping to get it back and they sent me a unit that looked like it was taken from the bottom of a bucket full of grime and when I called them on it they said they mark everything as it comes in and I should open the part and see how burnt it is of coarse it was not the part I sent in do not use these fools they are dishonest and cheaters never had this happen to me what a scam company"

"February 2024 - 2003 Mercury Marauder - they repaired my Light Control Module (LCM) my overhead display and my door control module. Price was fair and everything worked upon reinstalling. I would recommend and will be using them for other repairs in the near future."

"Process to send a receive board for my treadmill was excellent. Status update and timely work also excellent. Unfortunately, I still have the exact same diagnostic error that states the main (lower) control board needs to be replaced. Fortunately UpFix is a honorable company and refunded the repair charges immediately upon notification. To bad the repair, in this case, didn't work out. I would try them again if needed though !"

"First and foremost….. TAKE YOUR STUFF SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Sent them a tcm for testing, they said it was bad and for 1000$ they would fix it, I agreed and received it 3 weeks after they said I would, no big deal, installed tcm back into truck and the vehicle had ZERO change. Emailed them and and asked for them to retest and asked for a refund for service. So they sent another shipping label and I sent the tcm back. A few more weeks go by and I emailed/ called for a couple days trying to get an update on my part. They said that if I wanted a refund they had to keep my part. So I get my money back but I’m in worse shape then before because I don’t even have the tcm to go back on the truck. I tried explaining to them that I wanted a refund for the service that “did” but they didn’t see it that way. I told them I was suspicious as to if they even “fixed” anything and they told me I HAD to send them another 1000$ to get my part back. So I sent them the money to get my part back from being held hostage and plugged it in and still no change. Ended up being the pump inside the transmission even though THEY said the tcm was faulty. So 3 months and a few grand later I finally have a driving truck. I highly do not recommend using these so called “professionals” for anything."
