"Had one board repaired here a few years ago. Communication on repair was very poor, could not say what the issue was and it took months to get the billing correct. They also have been cold calling me and emailing me ever since (Yes 2+ YEARS) every 2 weeks or so, I requested this stop multiple times and GES does not reply or care. I've had to block both their email and phone calls (CANDICE) and they still keep coming. What a Joke."
"I sent a hot tub control board in for repair, I received an 'estimate' of $150...when I asked what they found wrong they replied "we don't know, that would require an evaluation" How on earth do you provide an estimate then???? Yes evaluate it. So days later evaluation results: test:failed. test:failed. test:failed..... When I get it back it looks no different and you guessed it, it still doesn't work. Horrible experience and had to bounce around between 3-5 different people. Save the hassle go somewhere else...."
"I work for a large food production company.we had multiple Banks down and needed a couple boards repaired. It was the weekend and our preferred vendor could not meet our needs. I called Angel Ellingham and Heather at Global and they instantly responded ,sent a courier to pick up boards and while they were being repaired kept me up on status and ETA.
