"Awful store. No one would help with questions about building supplies. Ask to speak with manager, associate advised he-she was busy and can’t be disturbed, he was helping unload a truck. I explained my situation and asked for a discount. The associate - cashier Would Not get off her phone and said the flooring I was looking for was bought from a retail store and could not be discounted because it was purchased and not donated!! Lol the sticker from the other store was on the items and she stated that was the price. Could not get any other help. Employees were very very rude!! Thanks habit, I thought this store was for people who were financially challenged. Don’t shop this store as you are going to pay retail price. The employees need to be trained in customer service."

The manager treated us like an old family friend. We felt good about the fact that our purchases fund the noble cause of helping the less fortunate, this time we were both the recipients and longtime supporters of Pres.
