"I was shopping for living room furniture there yesterday, I had already found the store and spoke to Leroy Jones prior to going to the store. He was very helpful we picked out a couch a chair on ottoman and a side table. He is very nice very helpful and a wonderful salesman. He did not try to oversell me he actually gave us a good price on everything we looked at. We will definitely shop there again in the future. Ashley Furniture in Augusta Georgia is fortunate to have Leroy Jones working for them. Everybody that worked at the store was very very nice to us we were happy to be there and we enjoyed our time there."

"DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY We ordered 4 items from the store - 3 of them came damaged/broken and the times to get fixed are awful. They do not have quality products and they are not a help about repairs and what the send to us. We recirculate wrong items - the fireplace insert is too big - they sent us the wrong entertainment center."
