"One of the tow truck drivers stuck their middle finger out at my wife whole in a Mauldin tow truck. When I called to notify them of their drivers behavior, I talked 2 separate supervisors and all they did is make excuses. Neither person wanting to make the statement that their drivers shouldn't just flick people off and that it's not a good look for the company. I'll never use them for any of my roadside assistance nor with any other issues. I guess there's a reason that they have a 3 star rating and I just gave them 1 star. Terrible customer service."

"This is the worst place I've ever been to. I don't see how they are so in business. I simply wanted my belongings out of my car they towed. I offered to sign the car over to them. Just give me my things. They have refused. My mother's house key. All the keys to my vehicles. The quilt i made for my daughter. My banking info my debit cards. Everything I owned was in there. I was left with the clothes on my back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I WILL BE POSTING THIS EVERYWHERE I CAN TO WARN PEOPLE."
