"HONESTY! Lauck Motors has always been honest with me but today they went above and beyond. I had some work done at the dealer and they quoted me an additional $5500 of "urgent" repairs. Given that Lauck Motors has always been able to beat their price significantly I took my car to them for a second opinion. I even gave them the full dealer quote. Alan called and told me that none of the items on the dealer's list needed to be done. He charged me $40 for their inspection. I was floored!! That level of honesty and integrity is hard to find these days. It is so appreciated and was a positive experience that we don't usually get in our everyday lives."
