"I brought my car here for an oil change. The young kid had a major lisp so I thought he said $19.99 for the oil change. I thought wow good deal. When I went to check out, the guy Jason said “130 something” which included an air filter change. I said, “that kid said $19.99”. Jason looks up from typing my info and says, “I didn’t tell you Nothin’” exactly verbatim. I was shocked. I wanted to say something then and there, but my eyes were twitching and I didn’t trust what would come out of my mouth. I’ll never go back there just because what is the point in being rude if you truly hate your job. Get a new job and start living life instead of hating it. Other than that, it was quick. That’s why I gave them a measly one more star. But def a rip off."

"Grease Monkey in Canton: Where my car gets pampered more than I do! The oil change was so quick, I suspect they might have a secret pit crew of ninja mechanics. They even offered my car a spa day with their signature oil blend – my car is feeling fancier than ever. Five stars for turning my rusty ride into a smooth operator!"

"On the receipt it says they check exterior lights. I had a brake light out which was not touched. Also says the windshield wipers were checked but still had old deteriorated wipers on. There is a disconnected hose from the windshield cleaning fluid and it does not keep fluid in the reservoir. They still filled the fluid which left a puddle where they were working on my truck. Then they filled my tires to 35 instead of 39. I told the tech of all these issues PRIOR to them even pulling it into the garage. All they did was the oil change. Luckily I did not just drive off. I did check my truck and informed the manager. They did take care of all issues except the hose to the windshield washer. I believe they were all young and new. Still they should be trained prior to being allowed to work on vehicles on their own. Will not be returning here."
