"I wouldn't even bring a cat here to get fixed. The owner claimed his machine can tell you everything about the car except fixing the problem. Do we brought our car there due to mechanical issues. He recommended a tune up. The tune up still didn't fix the issue.. 1 week after picking up the car for a second time the car broke down. A piston came out the engine. We ended up needing a whole new engine. If only he did a compression test he would have known. Buyers be ware."

He was much more thorough, found & fixed the issue! Very personable & trustworthy. He even made a follow up call a couple days later to make sure everything was good. Highly recommend."

"The owner, Richie is very personable, charming and friendly. This review is more about the experience overall regarding the car. Throughout the process of 1.5 months, there was no signed authorization for work to be done with an approved price between mechanic and customer. Heads up, get an approved signature on price before getting work done. Not sure on the legality of that. Pictures are sent via text for car parts with no understanding to the customer of what it is, car parts were ordered without consent to the customer of cost, warranties/cost were never discussed before the day we went to pick up the car. Was quoted $1800 requested in cash via text when the car was already done so no way to get out of shopping elsewhere. However, he went down on price when in person since we were both respectful but honestly, the prices are too inflated to begin with. I understand having a profit margin but I think prices are outrageously inflated when consulting with other mechanics about the specifics of this case. I would do business with this company because the work is good BUT with the understanding of what you are paying for in advance in WRITING. I chose 2 stars instead of 1 because Richie was flexible to lower the price but that price was still very high. In addition, this shop gets backed up frequently according to the owner and its showed as it took 1.5 months to get the car back. And I notice that the reply to lower ranking reviews on his page is, we can't find your name in our records which would be true since I'm writing this due to the experience I had with my little brother who was his actual customer. We have a paper trail as evidence. To Richie, I appreciate the flexibility in price and you seem like a fun guy but in this circumstance, this review was earned."

"I'm new to the area and was looking for a trustworthy mechanic. After today, I won't take my truck anywhere else now. Richie was super helpful and explained what was going on with my failed emissions test. What's even more unheard of? Because it was an "easy fix," he didn't even charge me! On top of being communicative and insightful, it felt like I was talking to a friend I've known for years. I've only met him once before, but I feel better knowing if I need anything car/truck related, he's the one I'll be seeing. Thankful to have crossed paths!"

This was the first shop I stopped to and refused to look any further. From the minute I walked into the office and met Richie, I knew this was the right place. I immediately phoned my husband and told him I found a shop with the best customer service ever! I've had repairs done before at other shops but no one provided customer service like Richie. After having a short conversation with him, I felt like I had known him for years. Such a great and professional guy!
