"2011 lincoln mkt ecoboost. Engine replaced by Gwinnett place ford where I thought I had the worst sevice experience ever. Until I took to loganville ford due to car stopping on hwy85 while driving. No response to gas pedal. I changed throttle body to aftermarket and coils installed temporarily to make it to them being i had throttle body code and misfire code they told me i need a throttle body guaranteed. Said my factory one was bad as well as the new aftermarket one that got me there. So i bought the part took home replaced it only to have same issue so i took it back off reinstalled aftermarket and went back. This time they installed the new part themselves on behalf of mike (service manager) reassuring me to let them do it that way they are responsible and can continue further diagnosing if that is not the issue and when brian called he told me it was a broken connector they replaced for free and i should be good. So i had oem coils reinstalled. 2 weeks later car did the same thing on hwy85. No response to gas pedal they keep sending me off the lot with serious safety issue somebody can get killed. Took it back left car there almost 2 weeks only to be told by brian after calling daily with no follow up that all techs have looked at it and they cant figure it out take your car somewhere else. They didn't provide any work order or provide me with any paperwork on last return visit nor put accurate notes on paperwork prior. So all their failed efforts and recommendation will go undocumented(hence purpose of this review) covering up misdiagnosis and I have a almost $700 throttle body they sold me and personally installed that did not correct the problem (robbed with no mask). If you see me on the news in crash they let me leave like this at the point they diagnosed and installed the part and fixed the so called wire. Means they performed a repair and it failed not sure where they get off stating self repairs. When I went back and let them do the work after service manager recommended even said he would oversee."

"Loganville Ford service center would not honor the battery warranty on our newly purchased vehicle because the receipt was in the Ford dealership name which we purchased from instead of our name. There is no integrity in the Ford warranty. So we had to drive hours to the original Ford dealership we purchased from putting our family at risk of being on the side of the road with a dead battery. Terrible treatment from the Ford service department. Absolutely no heart or integrity in the men who work there."

"Truck has been nothing trouble since buying. Problems from day they would fix. So pretty much sold us junk.rufuse to fix things that should have been fixed before selling it. Buyer beware of their used vehicles they are not 5 point inspected just detailed and stuck lot. My business is done with them."
