"Been doing business with MitchDennis Agency for several years. But lately, the custoemr service is not up to par, or is it just for people like me. Anywho, I called last week to get quotes for a new policy since my current was due to expire today. The rep did not call me back until today at 5pm...after I had called her at 1pm earlier in the day to reminder her that I'm awaiting quotes. The rep simply gives me the quote for renewing my currently policy, which was not the GA minimum I requested. When I asked the rep to remove coverage that were not required, the rep proceeds to try and scare me into keeping the coverage she selected. " Georgia will soon do away with 25/50/25 minimum" and "we don't write policies without uninsured motorists coverage". The rep clearly did not shop for quotes, the rep clearly was not concerned about my needs and wants for a policy I will be paying for, AND the rep displayed no regard for my time or business. Will not return or recommend."
