"P.s.: Elisha Johnson below me probably bought the lemon grass loc N. Make sure you read what it is before purchasing items. Loc n at my new location where I work at is 29.99 as well. Lina did NOT Sold you the fake loc n. You just got the lemongrass Loc N. Lina don't makes the hairs and chemicals. She just carries them She did nothing wrong. You should've asked or googled it before buying the wrong item. This location has hard to find stuff for area like this. It's little unorganized, yet has stuff as bantu, snail cream, cool selection of body oils, and many other random goods!! Recommending this store, be nice to workers!! I'm no longer here, yet my soul will be!! Have fun shop here!!^^ (I'm relocated towards midtown yet I still love here due to how hard Lina been working for so long with her souls put in.)"
"she is selling fake Lock n gel for $29 I get home only to see the texture of this product, very soft like jam and then they say no refunds. I wonder how we can sue them for selling fake products !?? they need to be reported please somebody open up a black business"
"Very rude and accused us of touching a wig and chased us down. They even came over the intercom yelling “Don’t touch wig!”. Too many rules."
"Buyer Beware!! Prices clearly marked in the packages will not be honored!! I picked up 4 different products with sale stickers on all of them, none of the prices were honored. I showed her where it he item was in the store and she saw several with the same prices as the ones I chose. She honored none of the prices and I cancelled my entire order. I’ve been shopping here for a couple years but this was the last time. Verify your prices before you pay! They also don’t offer refunds!"
