Sometimes they don’t follow up on status of things when it’s delayed or will take more time due to shipping, so you have to call in at least once a week but otherwise the job is done really well. Had debris to my bumper. Looks brand new again. They also took care of any related issues that happened."

Not only did they spend 6 weeks ordering the wrong parts (4x), they failed to inspect the vehicle for additional damage on a front end collision while it sat on their lot for (70) days. After they finally got the parts in, long after my rental expired and I was out of pocket 2k with hertz did they say my vehicle had frame damage and was totaled. If I did my job like this I would be fired. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. This place is a joke. The worst experience I think I’ve ever had. Don’t bother with the front desk woman - she hates her life."
