I was asked to order parts, received them, and had not received any response back from the shop owner after 3 weeks as he said he could install them weeks ago (even with multiple follow-up attempts). I do not recall any of my 5+ phone calls being answered and feel I have wasted my time."

"After finding that all but three wires were broken in my door harness and being unable to purchase a replacement, Marc did a fantastic job completely rewiring the door harness on my 15 year old Saturn. He also was able to disassemble and re-lubricate the ignition lock cylinder (which is a part that is also no longer available), thus fixing a long standing issue I had had with the key minder not working correctly. All this was done at what I would consider an incredibly reasonable price. I would highly recommend Blue Moon!"
