"Should have left this earlier. I highly recommend Auto Medic. I was recommended to them from ‘word of mouth’. We have a 2018 Expedition that needed a major non-insurance repair. They came to our house to give the estimate! Not sure if that is customary but it helped us in pinch. I was sharing this experience with a friend today. This shop is awesome, the price (saved us $1k+), the customer service (met us after hours for pickup as his family was in the car for a beach trip), and the best part, our Expedition looks brand new."

"To start off they seem like they care and want to help you. Then it come time for the repair and the headache! They sent an estimate to my insurance company but didn't put everything on there and claimed my insurance denied it but my insurance has no record of it ever being submitted! They sent documentation that they ordered new parts for my van BUT the parts are not on my vehicle!! I still have a cracked grill, and now a huge deep scratch on my passenger door that was NOT there when it was dropped off to them! When I asked about it, Phillip says he has no clue what I'm talking about.....but he tells my moms friend the scratch isn't where the damage was from hitting the deer and it was on opposite side of my vehicle. They tell you one thing then someone else something different! Then they tell my moms friend I only paid $1300 which is false! I have receipts from giving Phillip $1680. He tried to get me to pay in cash but I know better! Now in order to fix their screw ups, they want me to pay even more out of pocket!!!! This place is a joke and a scam! And to top it off, when you confront them they tell you they will no longer speak to you."
