"I use to like shopping here but this experience lately made me feel unappreciated as a customer who spends hard earned money . I understand protecting inventory . But shrinkage is apart of the business. Not every customer is a thief. So not every customer should be treated as such . Man hovering over me while I shop is unappreciated and unacceptable. Do better or get out the neighborhood."

"I see one star ratings numerous times, yet they have 4 stars? Doesn’t add up. I spent over $100, and the owner would not exchange a damaged pack of magnetic lashes. The owner is a mean “B”! They have Zero customer service! Only value us for our dollar."

"I purchased $75.00 of hair but it was wrong kind. There is nothing on the receipt that says return must be within 7 days for refund. It was 9 days and they only wanted to give me store credit. There is a handwritten sign about the 7 days....hair was untouched and unopened!!"

"I bought a bottle of bold hold active and it was 30. Not only was it over priced but the glue was fake. One of the employees then told me I could not exchange it because I opened it already and suggested I did my install wrong. I am a licensed Cosmetologist and I've also bought the same glue from them and the results were completely different. I will no longer support them and highly suggest you do not buy wig glue from them."

"I've gone here, with my mom and now on my own or with my husband, since I was at least 12. They've always been kind. Several of them know my mother and I so well that they ask about us if one of us is not there with the other. They ask about my husband and how my pregnancy is progressing and are always helpful and willing to give me coupons and deals where they can. Never had a bad experience. They also have the most inexpensive products that I can find. Where many stores may charge $5 for something they would charge $2 or $3. It's sometimes just a small difference but it's a huge advantage as far as I'm concerned. Now that they have moved to a larger space, it seems they have even more variety and the atmosphere is brighter."
